The foundation of my bodywork is based on the method developed by Ken Hasegawa, founder of “Seitai for Dancers” in Yoyogi, Tokyo.
(Seitai is a Japanese form of gentle manual therapy that helps restore the body’s natural alignment and balance. It’s different from massage or chiropractic care—more subtle, and focused on relaxation and ease of movement.)
While it's designed to enhance ease of movement, it’s not just for dancers—anyone can benefit from it.
In my sessions, I also incorporate Reiki healing, bringing calm, balanced energy and gentle relaxation that reaches deep into the heart.
These sessions are for those who want to care for both body and soul.
